Adobe Photoshop CS4 Stonehenge is under development, and this can be verified by checking the bit torrent sites just to see people actually download. The bottom line here is that I think so far has shown no real big improvements with Adobe Photoshop CS4, unless you are a professional with large collections of high-resolution images and therefore will not work the extra money to upgrade to Photoshop CS3 Photoshop CS4.
